  • All new clients receive a free 30 minute consultation. In this consultation we go through your previous exercise experience, medical history and nutrition. We’ll work together to set fitness/weight loss goals.

  • $55 per session, payable in advance.

  • $65 per session, payable in advance.

  • $80 per session, payable in advance.

  • $60 for a 4-week personalised training programme, designed for your fitness level and to help you achieve your goals.

MOBILE PERSONAL TRAINING:
