PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

  • All new clients receive a free 30 minute consultation. In this consultation we go through your previous exercise experience, medical history and nutrition. We’ll also complete a body scan (measurements) and set fitness/weight loss goals. If time allows we’ll also do basic fitness testing.

  • $55 per session, payable in advance.*

  • $65 per session, payable in advance.*

  • $80 per session, payable in advance.*

  • $60 for a 4-week personalised training programme, designed for your fitness level and to help you achieve your goals.

* Note: A minimum of two personal training sessions is required for all new clients. Discounted pricing available for those who wish to purchase and book multiple sessions in advance.

Developing base strength, learning movement patterns, improving coordination, and creating the mind-muscle connection will help you get more out of your gym workouts and help prevent injury.
